Writer Ryan North Joins EA’s Iron Man Game

EA & Motive Studio’s Iron Man game are going in the same direction, Comic Writer Ryan North has signed on as part of this new writing team.

Mr North talked of his team-up via a post on X, writing “It’s no secret that I love Iron Man & have written my heart out for Tony Stark every chance I’ve had. So I’m PRETTY STOKED to say I’m part of the writing team on the upcoming IRON MAN game.” He took the opportunity to hype the project, he teased that “you are not ready for how amazing this game is going to be.”

For your info Mr. Ryan North, has a very long history of writing for both Comics & Interactive Fiction as well. Mr North begin with Dinosaur Comics a Webcomic well before breaking into the mainstream with Adventure Time Comics. Mr. North has also landed several gigs with Marvel Comics a comic book company, but he's mainly known as the Co-creator and Writer of The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. As of this recently working on the Fantastic Four, this also includes Comics based on Star Trek: Lower Decks & Kurt Vonnegut’s classic novel the Slaughterhouse Five.

With Netflix's Marvel TV shows linked to the MCU, their may be a recasting for Iron Fist to reintroduce himself to a much broader audience.

Finn Jones' alias Iron Fist wears a comic book-accurate costume in the new Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) fan art. Danny Rand's show was the one of many Marvel-Netflix series that was ended. Iron Fist season 2 ended with a cliffhanger that was never resolved. But characters from the original Marvel TV division are slowly but surely making their comeback into the MCU, Danny Rand as Iron Fist's unresolved ending could possibly get further explored in an upcoming Movies or TV series.

Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man gets into the swing of his new web-slinging life, Marvel is debuting 4 new costumes for Peter Parker's good guy persona. In the new Spider-Man series, fans are now following this Ultimate version of Peter Parker who had a chance of becoming a superhero in his teens.

In the preview of Ultimate Spider-Man #3, Peter talks of his new persona with his daughter May, who recently discovered her father is Spider-Man. While Parker started off with his iconic black & white costume in this universe.

May advises him that the look is too scary & will contribute to the public's distrust of Peter Parker. The two them then try out new looks, adding 4 new costumes to the Spider-Man lore.
